1.QT6-15 is an upgraded one based QT4-15. A mould can turn out 6 piecees of 390mm×190mm×190mm hollow bricks. It can imrpove woke efficiency greatly.
2.The electric system adopts imported color touching screen and programmed controler PLC,whice was equipped with data input and output deveice. The control system included security logic control and trouble shooting system.
3.The body was made high precision,high density casting,special weldig skill and special material.So it is very strong steel,vibrating resistant and of long life service.
4.Super strengthen load designating,simplified movement,and forcible giving material,low voice.
5.The machine adopted shaping method by vibrating on the table,and repeated guided feeding device,It is short forming time,improeving work efficiency.The bricks can be of high density and precision.
6.One machine is of multi-purpose use. By changing mould,it can produce various kinds of many holes bricks,curbs,color pavement bricks can be produced.
